I value your time and ask that you please respect mine as well:) Because appointment times are reserved just for you, the following policies apply: • 48-hour cancellation: 50% fee • 24-hour cancellation: 100% fee Fees may be credited toward a new appointment if rebooked within 12 days. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service and must rebook. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be considered a no-show or result in a shortened service Redo requests must be made within 48 hours and scheduled within 7 days of the appointment.
